Returns and refunds

Refunds and returns are handled on a case by case basis due to the handmade nature of my items. If you receive an item that is not as expected, arrived damaged or has another issue, please reach out to me at 919-423-3889 or via the contact form. I will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and make it right! Order cancellations are accepted until the item ships.

Shipping

I ship orders within three business days – often faster. If I am unable to do so, I will contact you via email to provide an update. I accept cancellations for a full refund prior to shipping. Orders that contain ONLY DECALS qualify for FREE shipping without tracking. If you would like tracking for your decal-only order, please consider ordering via my Etsy shop. Etsy shipping is able to provide tracking for first class mail that is unavailable elsewhere. All other orders ship for a flat rate of $5.95 per order.

Privacy

Your personal data will be used to process your order and support your experience throughout this website. Heathenn Handmade will not share or sell your information.
