Emu Egg Shaker

I was curious what would happen if I put glass beads in an emu egg. It turned out to be an awesome shaker! I sealed up the egg and painted over the patch. Wouldn’t this be cool on stage, with your class, at your drum circle or wherever things are shaken? The sound is much better in real life than in my video. No eggs were scrambled during the making of this film.
